The addition of the T55 stack, featuring two 55-pound pockets, alongside a new single 55-pound unit, completes a full-store lint collection lineup. Previously limited to 30-pound stacks and select single-pocket models, the technology uses cyclone-based separation to trap up to 98 percent of lint, a significant jump over traditional screen-based methods. Chief Product Officer Travis Lindgren noted the expansion responds to persistent demand from owners who identified lint buildup as a primary source of operational friction.
Alliance Laundry Systems Expands ProCapture Lint Collection to T55 Units
Laundromat operators seeking to curb maintenance overhead now have expanded options as Alliance Laundry Systems rolls out its ProCapture technology to the T55 stack tumbler. The move brings the cyclone-based filtration system to the largest capacity stack units in the industry, effectively scaling a solution that began with 75-pound single dryers.

Developed in response to field feedback, ProCapture arrived in late 2023 and has rapidly integrated across the company’s portfolio, including Speed Queen, Huebsch, and UniMac brands. By reducing airborne particulate matter, the system aims to lower HVAC maintenance costs and improve overall facility hygiene. CEO Michael Schoeb pointed to the accelerated development cycle as evidence of the firm's focus on addressing specific pain points in both vended and on-premises laundry environments.
