HarmonyCares Adds Oak Street and Bicycle Health Alumni to Executive Suite
HarmonyCares is shifting into a new growth phase by appointing Tom Xu as Chief Operating Officer and Manu Kuppalli as Chief Financial Officer. The move brings seasoned leadership to the Troy-based provider, which currently manages home-based primary care services across 12 states for patients with complex medical needs.

Kuppalli arrives with two decades of financial experience, most recently serving as CFO of Bicycle Health. His mandate involves fortifying the company's financial foundation while supporting the expansion of its clinical model. By integrating these two executives, HarmonyCares seeks to strengthen the infrastructure necessary to support its physician-driven, team-based care approach across its network of more than 40 markets.
