HarmonyCares Adds Oak Street and Bicycle Health Alumni to Executive Suite

Xu joins the organization following a tenure as Chief Administrative Officer at Oak Street Health, where he focused on scaling care models for senior populations. In his new role, he is tasked with overseeing the patient lifecycle and refining performance across the company’s clinical operations. His background spans over a decade of leadership in market and central operations, a skill set HarmonyCares CEO Matt Chance aims to leverage to improve provider experiences.

Kuppalli arrives with two decades of financial experience, most recently serving as CFO of Bicycle Health. His mandate involves fortifying the company's financial foundation while supporting the expansion of its clinical model. By integrating these two executives, HarmonyCares seeks to strengthen the infrastructure necessary to support its physician-driven, team-based care approach across its network of more than 40 markets.
