Meduloc Secures $4 Million to Scale Orthopedic Fixation Technology
West Chester-based Meduloc has finalized a $4 million Series B financing round to transition its flexible nitinol intramedullary fracture fixation platform into a controlled alpha launch. The investment, led by GenHenn Capital, marks a shift for the company from regulatory clearance into clinical commercialization for adult and pediatric fracture care.

Meduloc’s FDA-cleared system utilizes a sterile, single-use nitinol implant engineered to provide stability without violating joints or compromising surrounding anatomy. According to CEO Sarah Sachinis, the capital infusion will be directed toward building commercial infrastructure and gathering clinical evidence during the alpha phase, which begins in August 2026. Bill Hagaman of GenHenn Capital noted that the firm’s investment hinges on the technology’s ability to solve specific unmet needs in long-bone fracture fixation, signaling confidence in the company’s transition to the next phase of growth.
