Enzor joins the Irving-based organization from her previous role as Vice President of Pharmacy Operations at Thyme Care, a company recently highlighted on CNBC’s Disruptor 50 list. Her background includes a significant tenure at Vanderbilt Health Pharmacy Solutions, where she architected pharmacy enterprises for multiple health systems. This track record aligns with the company's mission to provide pharmacy services built specifically by and for health systems to navigate complex financial risks and rising drug costs.
Cora Beth Enzor Joins Longitude Rx as Chief Operating Officer
With over two decades of experience scaling specialty pharmacy operations within major academic medical centers, Cora Beth Enzor takes the helm as COO at Longitude Rx. Her appointment marks a critical shift for the firm as it moves to scale its pharmacy services model beyond its original founding health system members.

At Longitude Rx, Enzor will manage enterprise operations, service delivery, and partner performance alongside commercial and technology teams. Her initial focus involves accelerating patient access to therapies and standardizing operational reliability across the firm’s network. She brings two senior leaders from her previous team, Doug King and Jaime O’Bar, to bolster the company's implementation capacity. These moves come as the organization seeks to translate its founding vision—supported by major health systems like Baylor Scott & White and Providence—into consistent clinical and financial outcomes for a broader set of partners.
