The updated platform simplifies complex procurement by integrating contract management, invoice processing, and shipment tracking into a single dashboard. By moving away from generic ordering, the company aims to bridge the gap between large-scale commercial brewing and the specific agricultural origins of their ingredients. CEO Ryan Hopkins emphasized that the shift reflects a broader strategy to offer brewers a deeper connection to the family farms cultivating the raw product.
Yakima Chief Hops Overhauls Digital Platform for Commercial Brewers
Brewers across the U.S., Europe, and Canada now have direct digital access to specific crop harvests through the new Yakima Chief Hops web portal. The grower-owned supplier’s redesign focuses on a Shop-By-Lot feature, allowing producers to select and secure hops from individual family farms with unprecedented transparency and speed.

Beyond the lot-specific purchasing, the site streamlines the logistical side of brewing with options for fast guest checkout and automated account management. Current clients will receive activation instructions to migrate their existing data to the new interface, which is now fully operational across all core international markets.
