Zibo-based manufacturer INTCO Medical has secured a spot in the 2025 S&P Global Sustainability Yearbook (China Edition), earning the title of Industry Mover. This recognition highlights the firm's measurable improvements in environmental efficiency and social responsibility across its extensive global disposable glove production network.

The company’s latest ESG report quantifies these advancements, showing a 11.14% reduction in carbon emissions per glove, which now sit at 18.14 grams of CO2 equivalent. Resource management also tightened, with water consumption dropping to 0.20 liters per unit. To support these gains, INTCO Medical integrated 12,537.23 MWh of renewable wind and solar energy into its manufacturing cycles throughout the year.

Beyond environmental metrics, the firm emphasized workplace diversity and community investment. Women currently hold 58% of the company's 12,941 positions, with female representation reaching 56% at the senior management level. The organization achieved full training coverage for its workforce, averaging 31.55 hours per employee. Total charitable contributions reached USD 11.3 million, directed toward public health and disability support initiatives. These efforts are underpinned by a revised governance framework designed to bolster risk management and transparency across the company’s international supply chain.
