Hyperscale Data Adjusts Bitcoin Holdings Amid Capital Strategy Shift

With 958.5 Bitcoin currently in its treasury, Hyperscale Data is leveraging its digital asset holdings as collateral to fund infrastructure growth. The Las Vegas-based company reported a total valuation of approximately $60.8 million as of August 2, 2026, balancing recent sales against ongoing operational requirements for its AI data centers.

Hyperscale Data Adjusts Bitcoin Holdings Amid Capital Strategy Shift

The company’s executive chairman, Milton "Todd" Ault III, described the strategy as a move to maintain long-term Bitcoin exposure while securing the financial flexibility needed to scale data center operations. During the week ending August 2, 2026, the firm monetized approximately 150.5 Bitcoin, while its subsidiary Ault Capital Group added 15 Bitcoin to the balance sheet through open market purchases.

This capital management approach arrives as the company prepares for the planned divestiture of Ault Capital Group, projected for the second quarter of 2027. Once the separation is complete, Hyperscale Data intends to sharpen its focus exclusively on high-performance computing and AI-supporting infrastructure. Until that transition, the company continues to operate a diverse portfolio spanning financial services, defense technologies, and industrial sectors.
