Culver’s Adds Fried Pickle Pub Burger to Seasonal Menu

As back-to-school schedules tighten, Culver’s is shifting its menu toward comfort-focused, pub-inspired fare. The Wisconsin-based chain launched its new Fried Pickle Pub Burger this week, anchoring a limited-time lineup that includes fresh custard flavors and a return of seasonal pumpkin treats across its 1,050 locations.

The new sandwich pulls from Wisconsin supper-club traditions, pairing fresh, never-frozen beef with cheddar cheese, crispy fried pickles, and a signature Brewpub Sauce served on a soft pretzel bun. According to Kasey McDonald, Culver's head of culinary, the challenge was ensuring the pickles retained their crunch against the richness of the beef. The burger, along with a side order of fried pickles, remains available through September 27.

Beyond the grill, the restaurant is expanding its Fresh Frozen Custard program with two new rotating flavors. Peanut Butter Fudge Brownie debuts systemwide on August 5, followed by an OREO REESE'S Cheesecake variety on September 2. The seasonal transition concludes on September 8 with the introduction of the Pumpkin S'mores Concrete Mixer, which joins returning favorites like the Pumpkin Spice Shake and Salted Caramel Pumpkin Concrete Mixer.
