Michael J. Grissinger, a pharmaceutical industry veteran with two decades of experience at Johnson & Johnson, has joined the Board of Directors at Salt Lake City-based Lipocine Inc. The appointment, effective August 3, signals a strategic pivot toward aggressive dealmaking and partnership development for the firm's oral delivery pipeline.
