The transition marks a departure from DispatchHealth’s traditional service delivery, positioning the firm as a backend engine for healthcare organizations. CEO Jennifer Webster stated that the refined strategy addresses the complexity of home-based care by allowing hospitals to integrate DispatchHealth’s clinical expertise and staffing support into their existing infrastructures. This shift is designed to fill specific operational gaps within health systems rather than replacing their internal workflows.
DispatchHealth Shifts to B2B Enablement for Hospital-at-Home Care
After a decade of operating as a direct care provider, Denver-based DispatchHealth is pivoting its business model to focus exclusively on B2B enablement. The company now offers health systems and risk-bearing providers a suite of clinical tools and logistics technology to scale their own branded at-home care programs.
Central to this strategy is the CESIA platform, a technology suite fueled by ten years of patient encounter data and integrated AI. The software automates logistics for hospital-at-home models, episodic care, and ER avoidance programs. By rebranding its mission to "Your Vision, Our Engine," the company aims to move away from consumer-facing care toward becoming a scalable infrastructure provider for the broader medical industry.
