Elanco Animal Health has mapped a path toward $2 billion in peak sales potential from its latest product pipeline, according to the company’s 2025 Impact Report. The Indianapolis-based firm is banking on major innovations like Credelio Quattro and Zenrelia to sustain its market expansion while addressing global food security demands.

Beyond product development, the firm has scaled its environmental and social footprint. In 2025, Elanco’s digital tools helped cattle producers reduce carbon emissions by over 200,000 metric tons. The company also expanded its global reach by launching a Salmonella control program across 23 countries and opening a new headquarters within the One Health Innovation District in partnership with Purdue University. These initiatives, coupled with internal efforts like the Leader 2030 program, aim to secure long-term operational resilience as the company navigates an increasingly complex regulatory and competitive landscape.
