The event, which ran from July 24 to 29, cemented the resort's role in elevating Macao’s status as a UNESCO Creative City of Gastronomy. By hosting the awards alongside a sprawling program of guest shifts and masterclasses, Wynn leveraged its 20-year presence in the city to bridge the gap between local culture and international mixology trends. The festivities kicked off with the Bartenders' Feast at the Gourmet Pavilion, where Shanghai’s Pony Up and Goa’s Boilermaker joined the local team to set a high-energy tone for the week.
Wynn Macau Hosts Asia's 50 Best Bars for Second Consecutive Year
More than 1,000 industry professionals descended upon Wynn Palace on July 28, marking the second year Macao has served as the official hub for Asia's 50 Best Bars. The ceremony anchored a six-day series of global cocktail showcases and collaborative culinary events celebrating the region's top hospitality talent.

Central to the week was the expansion of the "Wing Lei Bar & Friends" platform, which hosted over 50 bartenders and chefs from across Asia, Europe, and North America. Highlights included the launch of the second iteration of Wing Lei Bar’s signature menu, UNITY 2.0, and specialized showcases such as "Behind Her Bar," an all-female bartending collective. Collaborative dining sessions paired the resort’s own culinary teams from outlets like Mizumi and SW Steakhouse with global luminaries, including Tokyo’s NARISAWA and Mumbai’s Masque. The week concluded at the Drunken Fish restaurant, overlooking the Performance Lake, providing a final, distinctly local backdrop for the international delegation before the event’s close.
