Unlike permanent fixtures, these systems permit real-time updates, ensuring that new supporters are acknowledged immediately without the recurring costs associated with replacing physical signage.

At Cal Poly Humboldt and Black Hills State University, physical donor walls are being replaced by dynamic, touchscreen interfaces. Rocket Alumni Solutions is powering this shift, enabling institutions to showcase alumni contributions and scholarship programs through digital platforms that bypass the space constraints of traditional engraved plaques.
Beyond simple lists of names, the software acts as a repository for institutional history. Features such as bulk-upload tools and pre-made templates allow administrators to maintain high-traffic displays with minimal technical overhead. Currently, more than 1,500 organizations—including Baylor University and the PGA Tour—employ these interactive walls to foster community engagement. By providing both in-person touchscreen access and virtual viewing options, these institutions are moving toward a model where donor appreciation is as accessible as it is permanent.
