Belinker’s new operations center in Chicago marks the company’s full-scale entry into the North American market. The service connects domestic firms with a vetted network of over 200 South Korean partners, offering capabilities ranging from CNC machining and sheet metal fabrication to complex assembly. By maintaining a two-week average lead time, the platform targets companies looking to diversify procurement away from high-uncertainty regions.
The company’s strategy hinges on integrating hardware supply with Belinker Cloud, a proprietary SaaS platform that provides real-time visibility into production workflows. CEO Jaemin Ahn notes that the primary hurdle for U.S. clients is not the quality of Korean engineering, but the logistical difficulty of vetting and managing partners from across the Pacific. To address this, the firm provides unified oversight on quality assurance and design reviews, effectively acting as a centralized local partner for international production.
