The company’s performance highlights a shift in client priorities toward cybersecurity and organizational readiness as businesses attempt to embed artificial intelligence at scale. President and CEO Tim Hurlebaus pointed to a robust backlog of $31.79 billion—representing 1.9 times annual revenue—as evidence of sustained momentum. Strong government sector awards were instrumental in driving the company’s book-to-bill ratio to 108.1% over the trailing twelve months.

Financial discipline remained a focus during the quarter, with net earnings reaching $465.2 million, marking a 13.8% increase compared to the same period last year. Operating activities generated $604.5 million in cash, allowing the firm to return $35.7 million to shareholders through dividends and invest $412.9 million into its share repurchase program. While debt levels rose to $4.34 billion, influenced largely by foreign exchange impacts, the company maintains its strategy of balancing modernization services with long-term contract engagements.
