The discussion arrives as the Mirage site undergoes its own metamorphosis into the future Hard Rock Hotel & Casino. Closing its doors in 2024, the Mirage left behind a legacy of innovation, from the long-running Siegfried & Roy white tiger show to the debut of Cirque du Soleil’s early productions. The Neon Museum has already begun preserving that history, having added the iconic Volcano FireShooter and pieces from the Secret Garden to its permanent collection.
