Less than four months after its debut, San Ramon-based Trek Health has reached a milestone of 25,000 monthly users for its OpenPayer platform. The service, which provides a centralized search engine for commercial health insurance policies, highlights a critical industry demand for automating the tracking of complex reimbursement rules.
Dilpreet Sahota, CEO of Trek Health, noted that the rapid adoption underscores how difficult it has become for provider organizations to keep pace with evolving payer requirements. Looking ahead, the company intends to broaden its payer coverage and integrate additional AI-driven capabilities to further refine the platform's predictive monitoring.
