ProofPilot Moves Clinical Operations Symposium to Citizens Bank Park

Following the 2026 MLB All-Star Game, Citizens Bank Park in Philadelphia will host a different kind of lineup on September 21. ProofPilot is bringing 80 senior clinical operations leaders from the pharmaceutical and biotech sectors to the stadium for its third CORE Symposium, an invite-only event focused on candid industry problem-solving.

Departing from the standard ballroom-and-exhibit-hall format, ProofPilot positions the CORE Symposium as an anti-conference. By utilizing a private space at a major league ballpark, the organizers aim to foster direct, high-stakes dialogue among peers. This approach follows two previous successful gatherings at Boston’s Fenway Park, which established the event as a substantive alternative to traditional industry summits.

Attendance is strictly capped at approximately 80 leaders representing roughly 40 organizations, ensuring a small enough group for open discussion. The 2026 program centers on the practical failures of current enrollment forecasting and site activation practices. Attendees will participate in interactive breakout sessions to diagnose realistic trial scenarios, concluding with the presentation of the Change Agent Award to an industry leader.
