Silicon Valley toolmaker Zircon Corporation has named Jackie Zou as its new Chief Operating Officer, tasking the veteran executive with steering global operations and scaling the company's manufacturing footprint. Zou joins the Campbell-based firm to oversee cross-functional growth strategies and strengthen supply chain performance.
CEO John Stauss cited Zou’s history of driving alignment across complex organizations as a primary driver for the hire. As Zircon moves past its 50th anniversary, the company aims to leverage its 80-plus global patents to maintain its market position in electronic scanning tools. Zou holds an MBA from The Wharton School and a BA in Economics from Stanford University, credentials the company expects will bolster its long-term value and precision-focused manufacturing goals.
