VinFast is moving to fortify its retail footprint in Germany by securing a strategic financing partnership with Wuppertal-based akf-Bank. The collaboration aims to provide the company’s dealer network with flexible credit solutions, streamlining vehicle inventory management and accelerating the transition to electric mobility for both private and fleet customers.
Christian Marti, CEO of VinFast Europe, identified Germany as a critical market for the company’s long-term growth strategy. This partnership complements existing regional initiatives, including service collaborations with ATU and charging support through Plugsurfing. As VinFast continues to roll out its VF 6 and VF 8 electric SUV models, it seeks to stabilize its European operations through these targeted infrastructure alliances.
