The company’s recent expansion is marked by financial results that exceed historical averages. New Beef 'O' Brady's locations opened within the last 18 months are annualizing sales of $2.1 million, roughly $400,000 above the brand's system average. Similarly, recent Brass Tap openings are tracking at $1.9 million, exceeding their typical unit volume by $500,000. CEO Chris Elliott described this current class of openings as the most successful in the company's history.
FSC plans to build on this momentum by opening 18 total restaurants and signing up to 15 franchise agreements before the end of the year. To support this growth, the company is consolidating its IT, marketing, and finance departments into a unified platform following the acquisition of Newk's Eatery. These structural changes are designed to drive efficiency heading into 2027.
