AIP Merges Intelligrated, Trew and Transnorm into Automation Giant
With over $1 billion in combined 2025 revenue and a workforce of 3,700, American Industrial Partners has finalized its acquisition of Honeywell’s warehouse and workflow solutions. The deal unites Intelligrated, Trew, and Transnorm under a single umbrella, creating a massive new player in the global logistics automation market.

Alfred Rebello, a veteran with 35 years in material handling, has been named CEO of the combined entity. Rebello previously held leadership roles at both Trew and Intelligrated, positioning him to oversee the alignment of these businesses. The company plans to leverage its expanded manufacturing and engineering capacity to modernize fulfillment networks across North and South America, Europe, and Asia. AIP, which manages approximately $17.5 billion in assets, views this merger as a strategic play to scale its industrial footprint in the high-demand warehouse automation space.
