The Phoenix-based alternative asset manager Trinity Capital officially transitioned its common stock and senior notes to the New York Stock Exchange and NYSE Texas this week. The strategic move aims to elevate the firm's visibility among institutional investors while aligning its market presence with other major financial institutions.

Chris Taylor, Chief Development Officer at NYSE Group, welcomed the company, noting the milestone reflects Trinity Capital’s broader goal of delivering long-term shareholder value. The firm currently manages assets across five specialized sectors, including tech lending and healthcare, with operations spanning the United States and Europe.
