The brand is introducing a medspa concept that blends traditional hospitality with clinical procedures such as Hydrafacials and microdermabrasion. This expansion aims to bridge the gap between relaxation-focused spa days and the rigorous aesthetic routines now popularized by social media-savvy consumers. Ariel Clay, COO at Woodhouse Spa, noted that guests now arrive with extensive knowledge of ingredients and preventative care, expecting high-level expertise alongside their treatments.
Central to this strategy is the partnership with VENN Korean Skincare. Select locations will now feature the brand's 10B-EXO regenerative facials, which utilize exosome and microcurrent technology to deliver visible texture improvements. To encourage consistency in these new regimens, the company has rolled out a Club Membership program, offering members tiered discounts and exclusive access to events.
