Tradr ETFs to Launch Leveraged SK hynix Products

Tradr ETFs will expand its lineup on July 28 with the debut of two leveraged funds tied to SK hynix. The new instruments, listed on Cboe, offer professional traders 200% long and inverse exposure to the South Korean semiconductor manufacturer’s daily stock performance, marking a significant move into single-stock leverage.

The two new funds, the Tradr 2X Long SK hynix Daily ETF (SKHA) and the Tradr 2X Short SK hynix Daily ETF (SKHN), are engineered specifically for active, short-term strategies. By providing magnified exposure to SK hynix shares, these vehicles allow sophisticated investors to capitalize on high-conviction market movements. However, the firm emphasizes that these are not standard buy-and-hold investments.

Because these ETFs reset daily, their performance can diverge sharply from the underlying stock over longer horizons. The inherent risks include the potential for total loss of principal, particularly if the semiconductor maker experiences extreme volatility. Tradr warns that a single-day move of 50% in an adverse direction could effectively wipe out the fund’s value. Investors are expected to actively monitor their positions and possess a deep understanding of leverage and shorting mechanics before committing capital.
