While financial terms remain undisclosed, the deal provides more than capital. By joining the AE Industrial ecosystem, Pelico gains direct access to major OEMs and operators currently struggling with historic production backlogs and supply chain volatility. Pelico’s software is designed to provide a unified view of factory operations, allowing teams to identify and resolve supply disruptions in hours rather than weeks.
Pelico Secures AE Ventures Backing to Scale Aerospace Manufacturing AI
At the Farnborough International Airshow, manufacturing orchestration startup Pelico announced a strategic investment from AE Ventures, the venture arm of AE Industrial Partners. The partnership aims to accelerate Pelico’s expansion across North America, integrating its AI-driven factory coordination platform into a vast network of aerospace and defense suppliers.
Industrial giants including Boeing, Safran, and Daikin have already integrated the platform, reporting significant operational gains such as a 40% reduction in parts shortages and a 15% improvement in on-time delivery. Boeing Global Services is currently utilizing the technology to synchronize planning and execution across complex maintenance and repair operations, a critical factor for fleet readiness. For AE Ventures, the investment addresses the primary bottleneck in modern aerospace: the friction between massive order books and actual finished deliveries.
