The company’s balance sheet underwent a significant overhaul in the spring of 2026. By settling a $4.2 million promissory note on April 28, HTCO eliminated a major financial liability, effectively cleaning up its capital structure. This move, paired with the subsequent May 14 issuance of 2,307,700 Class A Ordinary Shares at $6.50 each, has provided the firm with a substantial liquidity buffer for its upcoming expansion.

Chairman Christopher Nixon Cox described the recent financial maneuvering as a necessary step to move beyond simple balance sheet repair. The company intends to shift its focus toward technology platforms and digital infrastructure, using the influx of capital to pursue both organic growth and potential acquisitions. As of the end of April, HTCO reported total current assets of $32.4 million, a marked improvement over the $30.3 million recorded in October 2025, signaling a period of stabilization as the firm attempts its broader business model transformation.
