Knox Systems and Microsoft Streamline Federal Cloud Compliance

The collaboration leverages Knox’s pre-authorized Federal Managed Cloud to shoulder the burden of security controls, effectively handing companies a shortcut to the U.S. government market. By inheriting existing authorizations, software vendors can bypass the typical multi-year compliance cycle that currently prevents agencies from accessing the latest advancements in AI, cybersecurity, and enterprise data tools.

Irina Denisenko, CEO of Knox Systems, argues that the current friction keeps critical commercial innovation out of reach for defense and civilian missions. Her firm, which currently supports over 70 software providers, including Adobe and Armis, maintains 16 federal and Department of War Authorizations to Operate. By integrating this infrastructure with Microsoft’s trusted cloud environment, the companies intend to standardize a path for vendors to bring production workloads to government customers at a pace previously unattainable in the public sector.
