TIM Brasil and HCLTech Launch First Cross-Platform eSIM Transfer
TIM Brasil has partnered with HCLTech to introduce South America’s first cross-platform eSIM transfer capability, effectively eliminating the need for physical store visits when changing smartphones. This digital integration allows users to migrate mobile profiles between different brands and operating systems with a few simple screen taps.

Anil Ganjoo, Chief Growth Officer at HCLTech, noted that as connectivity becomes increasingly software-driven, operators require agile platforms to decouple services from specific hardware. This collaboration shifts TIM Brasil toward a more device-agnostic infrastructure, reflecting a broader industry move to automate customer-facing service delivery through AI-driven, interoperable systems.
