The shift toward agentic interfaces has created an urgent demand for authoritative, verified data. Guideline’s new server addresses this by allowing authorized users to access subscription-based market intelligence through natural language prompts. This integration functions alongside internal data, bypassing the need for bespoke point-to-point connections for every new AI tool. Vincent Mifsud, CEO of Guideline, emphasized that this approach provides independent evidence for planning and negotiations, freeing organizations from being locked into a single model or interface.
Guideline Integrates Ad Intelligence into AI Agents via MCP
Guideline has launched an Ad Intelligence MCP Server, enabling enterprise AI agents to pull proprietary advertising spend and pricing data directly into conversational workflows. By adopting the Model Context Protocol, the company allows users to query market intelligence within platforms like ChatGPT, Claude, and Microsoft Copilot without manual exports.

Practical applications span the advertising ecosystem. Agencies can now pull category investment and pricing benchmarks during pitch preparations, while brands and media owners use the server to calibrate investment strategies against real-time signals. Institutional investors can also leverage these data streams to validate revenue assumptions. Built on an open standard donated to the Agentic AI Foundation, the architecture separates data intelligence from the user interface. Chief Technology Officer Danny Bohannon noted that this maintains consistent permission governance regardless of whether a client uses a proprietary agent or an enterprise assistant. The server follows the earlier introduction of a Media Plan Management MCP and is currently available to eligible Guideline clients.
