Founder Ralph Andrew cited the need for a partner who understood the company’s roots in the Fort Myers community and its reliance on a dedicated local workforce. Crest Rock, which focuses on lower middle-market acquisitions, intends to apply its operational expertise to scale the contractor’s existing capabilities in water, sewer, and drainage infrastructure.
Crest Rock Partners Backs Southwest Florida Contractor Andrew Site Work
After two decades of operating as a regional leader in public infrastructure, Fort Myers-based Andrew Site Work has secured a strategic investment from Denver private equity firm Crest Rock Partners. Hyde Park Capital served as the exclusive financial advisor for the transaction, ensuring the deal aligned with the contractor’s long-term local commitments.

Andrew Carlin, a principal at Crest Rock, noted that the firm was drawn to the company’s reputation for executing complex municipal projects, ranging from routine retrofits to critical emergency repairs. For Hyde Park Capital, the deal underscores a broader trend of private investment into specialized utility contractors with strong public-sector track records. The partnership aims to accelerate ASW’s growth while maintaining its established service standards across Southwest Florida.
