Co-founders Michelle Jimenez-Meggiato and Andrea Meggiato are shifting their strategy to focus on a "better-for-you" approach. The company plans to launch PB&J Cups this fall, joining an existing lineup that includes its original pizza-inspired snacks and egg-filled breakfast cups. By moving away from a single-product identity, the duo intends to scale their reach across multiple dayparts while maintaining the chef-crafted quality that first gained traction at New York venues like Smorgasburg and Citi Field.
Shark Tank Alum The Pizza Cupcake Rebrands as Incredifulls
Moving beyond its viral frozen snack roots, The Pizza Cupcake is rebranding as Incredifulls. The Brooklyn-based company is positioning itself as a broader platform for nostalgic comfort foods, aiming to modernize family staples with a proprietary brioche-sourdough crust while expanding its retail footprint into new categories like breakfast and school-lunch favorites.

The venture has attracted significant attention from high-profile investors, including Lori Greiner, musician Caleb Followill, and actor Kevin Pollak. Since their 2021 appearance on Shark Tank, the founders have utilized their trade-secret dough to anchor their expansion. According to Andrea Meggiato, the transition reflects a balance between traditional Italian culinary techniques and the practical demands of modern, busy families seeking convenient, high-quality handheld meals.
