Sivers Semiconductors Executives Adjust Stakes Following Lock-up Expiry
With the conclusion of a three-month lock-up period on July 16, key figures at Sivers Semiconductors have reshuffled their personal holdings. President and CEO Vickram Vathulya increased his stake, while Chairman Bami Bastani and director Todd Thomson executed significant sales and transfers of their company shares.

Board member Todd Thomson oversaw a broader divestment strategy through his investment vehicle, Headwaters Capital LLC, which sold 950,000 shares and gifted 50,000 to charity. Additionally, Kairos Ventures—a firm represented by Thomson—continued its policy of liquidating Sivers shares to return capital to its private investors, a process originating from the 2022 sale of Mixcomm to Sivers. Despite these adjustments, Thomson remains the largest shareholder among the Board, holding 477,027 shares. The company noted that all directors and management remain committed to the firm's long-term strategy, though a closed period for insider trading begins July 28 ahead of the Q2 earnings report on August 27, 2026.
