The capital round, led by Vensana Capital and Mutual Capital Partners with participation from Neovate Capital Partners, will fund broader commercial access and new clinical studies. TYBR Health Secures $30 Million to Scale Orthopedic Healing Tech
Surgeons have long mastered the mechanical repair of bone and tissue, yet the biological healing process that follows often remains an unaddressed variable. Houston-based TYBR Health is betting on this gap, securing $30 million in Series A financing to expand the reach of its FDA-cleared B3 GEL® System.

Tim Keane, co-founder and CEO of TYBR Health, views the funding as a catalyst for a shift in surgical philosophy. As the company scales, it aims to generate the clinical evidence necessary to prove that managing the biological environment is as vital as the initial repair. Following the investment, Greg Banker of Vensana and Liz Todia Zambory of Mutual Capital Partners will join the company’s Board of Directors to guide this expansion.
