Under the terms of the Capability Modernization, Deployment, and Support (CMDS) contract, the Woodbridge-based company will compete for task orders to overhaul the Navy’s logistics infrastructure. The work focuses on enhancing maintenance, repair, and overhaul (MRO) capabilities, alongside supply chain management and product lifecycle systems. ESN is also tasked with integrating support for the Navy’s DevSecOps environment, a move designed to accelerate the deployment of secure, mission-critical software.

Raymond F. Lopez Jr., CEO and Chairman of ESN, noted that the award reinforces the company's three-decade history of supporting the Department of Defense. ESN, a Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Business, will leverage its expertise in cloud computing, cybersecurity, and digital engineering to assist in the broader digital transformation of naval operations. The contract serves as a strategic expansion of ESN's existing portfolio, further embedding the firm into the technical backbone of the Department of the Navy.
