League Launches Forge to Bring Governance to Healthcare AI Agents
Health plans and providers often struggle to balance innovation with clinical safety when deploying AI. League is attempting to bridge this gap with Forge, a new platform designed to help organizations build, test, and run agentic experiences that adhere to strict healthcare compliance standards rather than relying on general-purpose models.

Forge addresses the production challenges of AI through a suite of tools, including expert-authored answer keys for clinical validation and real-time dashboards for monitoring agent performance. The platform is built to meet global standards such as HITRUST r2, SOC 2 Type II, HIPAA, and GDPR. Currently, League is testing these capabilities across various use cases, ranging from palliative care support and cancer journey navigation to Medicaid redetermination and transportation coordination. By automating the verification process against synthetic populations, the company claims it can reduce deployment timelines from months to days, ensuring that agents remain grounded in approved clinical logic before interacting with patients.
