The deal brings together Sleep Country’s diverse portfolio—which includes brands like Endy, Casper Canada, and Hush—with Sleep Number’s 40-year history of innovation.
Sleep Country Acquires Sleep Number to Build Global Retail Giant
With the acquisition of Sleep Number assets following a court-supervised sale, Toronto-based Sleep Country has vaulted into the position of the world’s second-largest sleep retailer. The merger unites more than 800 retail locations, combining Sleep Country’s omnichannel Canadian footprint with the advanced sleep technology and patent portfolio of its American counterpart.

Integration plans are currently underway, with leadership from both organizations emphasizing continuity for existing customers. While Sleep Number brings over 1,000 patents and a strong reputation for temperature-controlled, data-driven sleep solutions, Sleep Country maintains its focus on omnichannel growth. Moving forward, the combined entity will manage a vast network of stores, aiming to leverage Sleep Number’s status as the NFL’s official sleep and wellness partner to strengthen its brand presence across North America.
