Mid-market organizations often stall during AI adoption, trapped by inconsistent responses, data security risks, and a lack of clear audit trails. By deploying Kyvoo Assist within a client’s own Microsoft Azure environment, eMazzanti aims to bridge the gap between experimental pilots and reliable production use. The platform functions as a governance layer, ensuring that sensitive data remains within the client's infrastructure while establishing accountability for AI behavior.
eMazzanti and Kyvoo Partner to Secure AI for Mid-Market Firms
Hoboken-based managed services provider eMazzanti Technologies has partnered with AI governance platform Kyvoo to address the primary hurdle facing mid-market firms: a pervasive lack of trust in AI-generated outputs. The collaboration integrates Kyvoo’s control layer directly into Microsoft Azure tenants, enabling secure, auditable, and consistent AI production environments.

Central to the integration is the SmartAnswers feature, which utilizes a patent-pending method to return vetted, institutional knowledge word-for-word, effectively mitigating the risk of hallucinations. The system includes human-in-the-loop workflows, allowing internal experts to flag and correct outputs, which subsequently refine the database. With role-based access controls and flat-rate licensing, the partnership provides a predictable path for industries like financial services and healthcare, where regulatory compliance is mandatory. Carl Mazzanti, president of eMazzanti, noted that the platform provides the necessary control layer for clients to stand behind their AI outcomes, while Kyvoo CEO Richard Wilson emphasized that the alliance leverages eMazzanti’s deep integration within the Microsoft ecosystem to ensure safety and operational clarity.
