Wrightwell Names Craig Krandel to Lead Capital Markets Division
With three decades of experience in structured finance, Craig Krandel joins Atlanta-based Wrightwell as Managing Director and Head of Capital Markets. He arrives to oversee the firm’s financing strategy as it expands its footprint in the build-to-rent and multifamily residential sectors across the United States.
Prior to this appointment, Krandel served as Chief Investment Officer and Head of Capital Markets at Beacon Ridge Capital Management. His background also includes a tenure at Amherst Residential, where he oversaw the origination of more than $6 billion in financing. His work there spanned warehouse acquisition facilities, term loans, and public securitization markets. At Wrightwell, he intends to leverage this background to broaden the resources available to the firm’s investors and partners while supporting the company’s disciplined growth strategy.
