xTool Launches O1 Omni Printer with New 3D Embroidery Features

Mountain View-based xTool has officially moved its O1 Omni Printer into global production, marking the commercial debut of a machine designed to bridge the gap between rigid material printing and textile customization. The launch introduces a proprietary embroidery workflow capable of generating tactile, 3D-textured designs directly from a desktop interface.

The O1 Omni Printer utilizes a dual-printhead architecture that supports UV, DTG, and DTF printing technologies in a single ecosystem. By integrating a 1:1 distortion-free CIS scanning system with laser-guided autofocus, the device eliminates traditional alignment challenges, allowing for direct printing on complex geometries like tumblers. The newly unveiled embroidery suite uses AI to transform flat images into 7mm-relief textures, mimicking physical stitching and enabling high-dimensional art production for premium goods.

Designed for scalability, the system includes a SmartCycle 2.0 maintenance protocol that facilitates a two-week "Clog-Free Vacation Mode," reducing downtime for commercial users. The printer meets G7 color accuracy standards and utilizes GREENGUARD Gold and OEKO-TEX certified inks. Market configurations range from a single UV unit at $1,699 to a hybrid UV-DTF fabric model at $2,799, with early-bird pricing currently available to both previous depositors and new buyers during the initial global roll-out.
