The new entities will target a diverse portfolio of sectors, ranging from transportation and telecommunications to power, water, and energy. By coordinating with both government bodies and private stakeholders, the companies intend to prioritize large-scale development initiatives designed to drive job creation and industrial expansion in the Republic of Iraq and the Syrian Arab Republic. For Crest Investment Company, the deal strengthens its operational presence in the Middle East, building upon the work already performed by its local subsidiaries. The scope of the planned developments includes oil and gas facilities, residential complexes, and public infrastructure, marking a significant commitment to regional reconstruction and growth.
