RAINBOWCO Sees GENMA Brand Surge Following Automation Overhaul

A 50-unit crane order from Morocco and a milestone breach of the 100-unit mark for automated systems signal a sharp turnaround for RAINBOWCO. Less than a year after repositioning its GENMA brand, the manufacturer is successfully pivoting from traditional equipment toward high-end, AI-integrated terminal operations in Europe and Asia.

RAINBOWCO Sees GENMA Brand Surge Following Automation Overhaul

The company’s recent performance is anchored by the GENSMART platform, which combines AI-powered dispatching with digital twin management and multi-modal sensor fusion. This technical shift has secured competitive wins, including a contract for the world’s largest automated rubber-tyred gantry crane—a 1-over-7 unit—demonstrating increased trust from global terminal operators.

Beyond the Moroccan expansion, RAINBOWCO has penetrated the high-end Dutch market with ship-to-shore and rail-mounted gantry crane packages. Similar successes in India highlight a broader reach across emerging South Asian hubs. CEO Martin Wu attributed these gains to the brand's focus on intelligent handling, noting that the firm plans to further scale its global manufacturing and service footprint to support this uptick in demand.
