The appointment follows a strategic investment by Hopmayer, signaling his commitment to the startup’s mission of replacing manual inventory estimation with non-invasive sensor data and predictive artificial intelligence.
Hopmayer brings a track record of managing hundreds of millions of dollars in barrel inventory, a background that CEO Brian Anderson expects will accelerate the company’s commercial expansion. For his part, Hopmayer views the platform as a foundational shift for the industry, noting that the transition from estimation to data-backed verification is long overdue.
