Eighty-five percent of clinical care calls that once risked an emergency room trip are now resolved at home through a partnership between AZ Blue Health Choice and Nest Health. Success stories include families cutting ER visits by over 70% and households managing chronic conditions while simultaneously accessing social resources like food and housing assistance. With 88% of enrolled children currently up to date on well-child visits, the insurer is signaling a shift toward more proactive, accessible healthcare delivery in Arizona.
