The 2026 Best Airline Food and Drinks Survey, conducted by the loyalty platform point.me, polled travelers who collectively hold millions of points and fly frequently. For those prioritizing premium amenities, Emirates emerged as the leader in business-class dining, capturing top marks for meals, breakfast, and cocktail programs. Air France, however, dominated the cellar rankings: 36.2% of respondents cited the carrier for the best business-class wine selection, while 34.5% praised its notably generous pours.
Delta secured a win in the economy sector, leading in snack variety and providing the most high-protein, GLP-1-friendly meal options, a category gaining significance as weight-management medication usage rises. Coffee preferences proved divisive: while the general population favored Delta’s Starbucks service, high-frequency flyers—those traveling at least 10 times annually—overwhelmingly preferred the Stumptown coffee served on Alaska Airlines. At the bottom of the rankings, JetBlue’s Dunkin' coffee was voted the worst in the skies.
