The deployment marks a significant milestone in a partnership between the two entities dating back to 2009. By moving to this next-generation architecture, the bank expects to accommodate a projected fourfold increase in transaction volumes. The cloud-based system streamlines exception management and automates complex reconciliation tasks, replacing older legacy solutions previously utilized by the service center.
Raiffeisen Bank International Upgrades Reconciliation Tech with Broadridge
Centralised Raiffeisen International Services & Payments, the shared service hub for Raiffeisen Bank International, has transitioned to the BRx Match platform. This upgrade aims to bolster transaction processing capabilities across 14 markets in Europe and Asia, ensuring full compliance with evolving ISO 20022 messaging standards.

Andreea-Beatrice Manea, General Manager at CRISP, noted that the platform provides the necessary scalability to support the bank's growth while maintaining regulatory rigor. Sandeep Saggi, who oversees regulatory solutions at Broadridge, added that the infrastructure is designed to handle the multi-market demands of modern financial institutions. The system now covers operations across the DACH region, Central and Eastern Europe, and Asian markets.
