The move signals a strategic expansion for the firm as it looks to integrate new command-and-control capabilities into its existing spatial intelligence portfolio for defense markets.

To provide clarity on the deal and broader corporate progress, CEO Ed Clarke and his team will host two virtual sessions for investors on July 23, 2026.
