The village of Kohler, Wisconsin, marks a quarter-century of epicurean hosting this October 22–25, 2026. The milestone anniversary brings a roster of culinary heavyweights to the resort, including Tyler Florence, Alex Guarnaschelli, and Stephanie Izard for a weekend of curated dining, educational sessions, and signature demonstrations.

What began two decades ago as a modest local showcase has matured into a cornerstone of Midwestern culinary events. According to Jenna Check, Associate Director of Special Events at Kohler, the festival has expanded from roughly 30 initial gatherings to a complex schedule of more than 80 curated experiences. This year’s programming leans heavily on high-profile talent, featuring James Beard Award winners and television personalities alongside regional experts like Milwaukee’s Dan Jacobs and Green Bay’s Chris Mangless.

Beyond the kitchen, the resort is utilizing the anniversary to highlight recent infrastructure upgrades, such as the renovated Carriage House wellness facility and the reopened Woodlake Market. Tickets and tiered access packages, which include VIP amenities and exclusive dinner collaborations like the Stephanie Izard and Michael Hunter sessions, go on sale July 15. The event continues to serve as a primary draw for the destination, which remains situated as a regional hub between Chicago, Milwaukee, and Green Bay.
