The production involved over 600 UAE-based personnel, ranging from local crew members to stunt performers, reflecting a seven-year partnership between the studio and the local creative industry.
Dune: Part Three Trailer Reveals the Final Chapter of the Arrakis Saga
Legendary Entertainment and Warner Bros. Pictures have released the first trailer for Dune: Part Three, signaling the conclusion of Denis Villeneuve’s sci-fi trilogy. The footage highlights the return of Paul Atreides, now a ruthless Emperor navigating political betrayal and visions of collapse nearly two decades after his rise to power.
Denis Villeneuve directs from a script co-written with Brian K. Vaughan, adapting Frank Herbert’s seminal work to close the arc of the Atreides family. The cast features Timothée Chalamet, Zendaya, and Javier Bardem, alongside new additions such as Robert Pattinson. Herb Gains, EVP of Physical Production at Legendary, credited the Abu Dhabi infrastructure for the film's logistical success, noting that the location remained essential to the project's visual identity. The film is scheduled for a worldwide theatrical release beginning December 16, 2026.
