Denver-based data center provider Flexential has released its 2025 ESG report, highlighting a pivot toward high-density, AI-ready infrastructure. The company’s latest operational figures indicate a push for efficiency, with new data centers commissioned to reach a power usage effectiveness (PUE) rating of 1.4 and zero water usage effectiveness (WUE). Currently, 84% of Flexential’s total capacity utilizes closed-loop cooling systems. Specific infrastructure upgrades, such as side stream filtration at its Las Vegas-North site, are projected to yield 1.6 GWh in annual energy savings alongside 2.6 million gallons of water conservation.

Beyond environmental metrics, the company secured $800 million through a green asset-backed securities offering, aligning its financial strategy with International Capital Market Association principles. On the human capital front, Flexential reported a 16% internal promotion rate and an engagement ratio of 10.2 active employees for every disengaged staff member. CEO Ryan Mallory noted that these investments are intended to satisfy the rising demand for high-density computing without relaxing the firm’s operational standards.
